Cara Memohon Cuti Khas dari UiTM - Pjj

Alhamdulillah sy berjaya melahirkan baby boy berat 2.1kg pada 7:26pm ; 17th March 2020. 
Seiring dengan keluarga dan pelajaran, sy memilih untuk mengambil cuti khas, agar dapat bagi full attention pada bayi. 
Caranya senang saja dan lulus pon sangat cepat.
Apply Online di: https://simsweb.uitm.edu.my/SPORTAL_APP/APPLY_LEAVE/index.cfm

Login as a student with student ID and password > Link will be directed to the link above. 

Choose apply leave on the Menu > Left side.

Choose a semester for leave application tau not current semester. Please make sure you apply for leave before register subjects. Possible a month before register subject. 

Note your reason. The reason can be in short as 'I need leave since I'm going to deliver a baby due on March 2020' or 'I need leave since I'm have hectic work schedule starting next few weeks. thus I would like to take a rest from study'. 

For attachment section, just add in a form for leave request. U can get the form from the course secretary. For my course I got it from Miss Munawwarah. The email and contact info as in Ined website. Or you can download online thru Ined website.

Process for approval is in a jiffy! Mine took 2 days. The course secretary will email your approval results in few days.

But, U need to pay RM65 for the semester as to maintain for active student. After approve, just wait till your bill generate, get the account number and confirmed amount to pay. Then pay! That's it. 

I paid using bank islam online. Alhamdulillah all went well and smooth je.
